In October 2025 we enjoyed the wine tasting tour, guided by Maddy. It was a Highlight of our Georgia trip and Maddy was the most informative and motivated guide we ever had. Takes a full day, starting in Tbilissi and led to the wine region of Khatetia.

I went to the "Highlights of Caucasus Mountains-Jinvali,Ananuri,Gudauri,Kazbegi" tour. This was my second ever guided tour. I truly thought that nothing could beat my last tour but I was wrong. As soon as the trip was starting and we were presented our tour guide, Giorgi, George, Adu, however you want to call him, he started cracking jokes and getting to know everyone. He made all the stops very clear to everyone and at which time we would have to be back at the vehicle. He came to talk to everyone on the tour multiple times during the day, asking how they like the sight and if they want a picture taken. He was full of energy and positivity for the whole trip and would assist everyone right away if needed. The sights were incredible. The sights alone made Georgia one of my favorite countries, but having Giorgi as my tour guide made it so much better, I can't put it into words or thank him enough. Every single stop he offered to take a picture of me and chatted with me. He also knew a lot of Georgian history but at the same time gave us a lot of time to roam around the sights freely, which I loved. All in all, the tour was amazing and the sights were out of this world, I could not believe what I was seeing. However, most of my thanks goes to Giorgi as it would not have been as great of a tour as it was without such an amazing tour guide and person. I truly hope for everyone to get Giorgi as their guide as he's just the perfect guide and he made me want to come back to Georgia even more in the future.
